What is Safe 420 Delivery?

Safe 420 Delivery is a nonprofit delivery service for medical marijuana patients.

It is our goal at Safe 420 Delivery to ensure safe and legal access to marijuana for therapeutic use for qualified patients. Safe 420 Delivery accommodates these requirements and provides service to those communities and individuals who are unable to access California's medical marijuana dispensing collectives. We are compassionate and acknowledge that some patients have special needs. Safe 420 Delivery was established with the primary goal of making medical marijuana accessible to patients at fair market prices.

How do I use the service?

Option 1:

Fill out and submit the online registration form.

Option 2:

Call us at 949-334-3065.  Please have the following information ready:

- Your Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- CA Driver's License or ID #
- Date of Marijuana Recommendation
- Name of Recommending Doctor
- Phone Number of Recommending Doctor

1. We will then verify your patient status with your doctor.
2. Once you are verified, we will call you back to set up a delivery appointment.
3. Please have exact change ready for our driver -- he carries no cash.
4. When you receive your first delivery, the driver will provide you with a Membership Form that you'll need to fill out.  You will also need to present your original doctor's recommendation.

• 1/4 oz. in Orange County, 1 oz. in outlying areas (no exceptions)

• 1 ounce (no exceptions)

Do you carry clones, hash, etc?

• Not at this time.

Do you charge sales tax?

• Sales tax is already included in our prices for your convenience.

• We are available 9am-9pm every day to meet your needs as a medical marijuana patient.

• Our delivery service is available to all qualified medical marijuana patients 21 and over. No exceptions.
